Recall a purchase request

Learn how to recall submitted purchase requests pending approval.

If you need to amend a submitted purchase request pending approval, you can recall it. Once recalled, your approver will no longer be able to approve or reject the purchase request until you submit it again.

To recall a purchase request to your draft purchase requests area, complete the following steps:

1. Go to My Purchases > Awaiting Approval.

2. Click on the purchase request line to expand it.

Note: You can only recall purchase requests on an individual basis.

3. Click Recall.

4. In the Recall confirmation box, enter the reason for recalling the purchase request and click Continue.

5. The purchase request will move back to your draft purchase requests where you can edit and resubmit it.
