Edit your ExpenseIn Card company profile

Learn how to edit your ExpenseIn Card company profile details.

There may be times when details used during your Customer Onboarding setup need to be changed (e.g. details for the business' address, directors, Issuing Balance account).

Note: Only users with the 'Manage Cards' user permission can update your ExpenseIn Card company account profile.

To edit your ExpenseIn Card company profile, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Cards module and click Manage.

2. By default, you'll be taken to the Account page in the Manage section.

3. Click Update Profile under your company name.

4. On the Account Onboarding pop-up window, click Add information.

5. An authentication code will be sent to your mobile number previously provided as part of the account setup. Enter the code to verify your login.

6. The company profile details will appear for review. Click Edit on the section that you need to update.

Note: When editing the selected section, you'll need to click Save to save the details you've amended within that screen, and you'll then be taken back to the review screen.

7. Click Confirm to save your changes.

Note: Once you've amended the relevant details, it can take up to 48 hours for any updates to take effect.
