You can view the Sync History within the Sage 200c Standard Data Sync configuration page, which shows previous sync activity, including which records were created or updated. This allows you to confirm whether a sync completed successfully and review any errors that occurred.
How to view Sage 200c Standard Data Sync History
To view your Sage 200c Standard Data Sync History, follow the steps below:
1. Click the Account Name > Admin.
2. In the Integrations section, click the Accounting subheading.
3. Click the three dots icon next to your Sage 200c Standard connection and select Configure Sync from the drop-down.
4. Click View Data Sync History.
5. On the Sage 200c Standard Data Sync History page, review your previous syncs.
6. Click on a line to expand it and view the sync details.
The details include:
A list of previous sync runs with the date and status.
A breakdown of the data included in the sync (e.g. Categories, Projects, Departments, Tax Rates, and Suppliers, where applicable).
Details of any records that were skipped, updated, or created during the sync.
