If a PA Assist setup is no longer required, you can delete it. Deleting a PA Assist setup means the assistant can no longer assist the selected users.
Remove a personal assistant by following the steps below:
1. Click the Account Name > Admin.
2. In the User Management section, click the PA Assist subheading.
3. Click the three dots icon next to the Assistant's name and select Delete from the drop-down.
4. You can delete multiple assistants by ticking the checkboxes next to their names, clicking the Actions button and selecting Delete from the drop-down.
5. Read the Delete Assistants confirmation box and click Continue.
Note: If you delete a PA Assist set up by mistake and need to add the same assistant again, you can do so at any time.
