Uninstall Sage 50 integration connector

Learn how to uninstall the Sage 50 integration connector and delete the Sage 50 connection with ExpenseIn.

If you no longer need to use the Sage 50 integration, and therefore the integration connector application, you can uninstall the integration connector from your Sage 50 PC.

Note:

  • Ensure all instances of the integration connector are identified, as each one will need to be uninstalled individually.

  • You may need permission to uninstall applications on your Sage 50 PC to complete the uninstallation of this application. If you don't have the required permissions for your PC, speak to your company IT team for assistance.

How to uninstall the integration connector

To uninstall the integration connector, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Installed apps on your PC or server if that's where it's installed.

2. Locate the ExpenseIn Integration Connector application in the list.

3. Click the three dots icon, then select Uninstall from the drop-down.

Note: If you have an older version of Windows, you may need to left-click on the ExpenseIn Integration Connector to select it. You can then right-click on the application and select Uninstall.

4. Click Uninstall or Yes to confirm the uninstallation process.

The Integration Connector will now be uninstalled.

How to delete the Sage 50 connection

If you also need to delete the Sage 50 connection, you can delete this from ExpenseIn by following the steps below:

1. Click the Account Name > Admin.

2. In the Integrations section, click the Accounting subheading.

3. Next to your Sage 50 connection, click the three dots icon and select Delete from the drop-down.

Note: This will delete the Sage 50 connection from the entire company account and will remove any saved mapping for the integration.
