Saved card statement import mappings can be viewed and deleted from the Import Card Statement window. You'll need to delete a saved mapping and recreate the mapping if you wish to make any changes to the currently saved mappings.
Follow the steps below to view and delete any saved import mappings.
How to view saved import mapping
1. Go to the Finance area.
2. In the Imports and Exports section, click the Card Transactions subheading.
3. In the Statements tab, click the Import button.
4. To review a saved mapping option, click the relevant option from the Available Mappings drop-down in the Import Card Statement window.
5. Compare the saved mapping options to the CSV file normally imported.
Continue with the following steps if the mapping is no longer relevant and you'd like to continue to delete this saved mapping selection.
How to delete saved import mapping
1. Remaining in the Import Card Statement window, click Manage... (found next to the Available Mappings drop-down).
2. A list will display of all saved mappings in the Manage Import Formats window.
3. Click the red X against the saved mapping name you want to delete.
4. Click Done.
Note: It's recommended that each saved naming is given a unique mapping name to make selecting the correct mapping easier when completing a card statement import.
