If your preregistrations have expired or you no longer need to store your Ad Hoc users' details, you can delete them from the Manage Ad Hoc Users area of your account.
How to delete preregistrations
1. Go to the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
Note: This tab may have a unique name specific to your company.
2. Click Preregistrations from the left-hand menu.
3. Tick the checkbox(es) next to the preregistration user(s) you'd like to delete, then click Actions and select Delete from the drop-down.
4. Click Continue in the pop-up window to delete the preregistration(s).
How to delete Ad Hoc users
1. Go to the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.

2. Click Users from the left-hand menu.
3. Tick the checkbox(es) next to the Ad Hoc user(s) you'd like to delete, then click Actions and select Delete from the drop-down.
4. Click Continue in the pop-up window to delete the Ad Hoc user(s).
