If your preregistrations have expired or you no longer need to store your Ad Hoc users' details, you can delete them from the Manage Ad Hoc Users area of your account.
Deleting preregistrations
1. Navigate to the Manage Ad Hoc Users tab on the menu banner. This may be named something unique to your company.
2. Click Preregistrations on the left hand menu.
3. Tick the box next to the user(s) you would like to delete and then select Delete.
Deleting Ad Hoc users
1. Navigate to the Manage Ad Hoc Users tab on the menu banner. This may be named something unique to your company.
2. Click Users on the left hand menu.
3. Tick the box next to the user(s) you would like to delete and then select Delete.
Please note: You also have the option to delete an Ad Hoc user's record when editing a user in the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
