If a Mileage or Fuel rate is no longer required, you can delete it from the Mileage and Fuel Rates section in the Admin area of the account.

Mileage expense history will not be affected when you delete a Mileage or Fuel rate.

Follow the steps below to delete a Mileage or Fuel rate.

1. Navigate to Admin and then the Mileage and Fuel Rates section.

2. Select the relevant table Mileage Rates (top table) or Fuel Rates (bottom table).

3. Select the rate you wish to delete by clicking the small box before the Rate Name or Fuel Type.

4. Click Delete.

Please Note: You can delete a Mileage Rate or a Fuel Rate separately.

If you do not want to permanently delete the Mileage or Fuel rate(s), you can edit them and make them invisible to all users. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Edit next to the Mileage or Fuel rate.

2. Click the Visibility tab.

3. Select 'No one' from the dropdown.

4. Click Update.
