Email verification links will expire 28 days from when the email is sent. Once the link has expired you'll need to follow the below steps to resend the invitation to the Ad Hoc user.
You can send or resend an invitation to Ad Hoc users from the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
To send or resend an invitation to your Ad Hoc user, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
Note: This tab may have a unique name specific to your company.
2. Click Users from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the user(s) to whom you wish to send or resend an invitation.
4. Click the Actions button and select to Send/Resend Invitation from the drop-down.
The selected Ad Hoc user(s) will receive an email containing a link for them to follow to complete their registration and verify their email address.
The action the Ad Hoc user needs to take after clicking the link will depend on the authentication type your company has set in the Ad Hoc Settings.
One-Time Token - The user will need to enter their registered email address to generate a one-time token link that will be sent to their email address. They can follow the one-time link to access the Ad Hoc module.
Password - The user will need to set up a password to access the Ad Hoc module.
