If you need to change the existing branding applied to your company ExpenseIn account, follow the steps below.
Note: Any linked accounts sharing the account branding will also be affected when you edit your company branding.
1. Click the Account Name > Admin.
2. In the Advanced section, click the Branding subheading.
How to edit your company domain prefix
1. In the Domain section, click Edit under the existing domain.
2. Remove the current domain prefix, and enter the new one as required.
Note: Custom domain prefixes must be related to your company name. ExpenseIn reserves the right to remove any custom domains that do not meet this requirement.
3. Click Update.
Your updated company domain name will now display as the first part of the ExpenseIn web portal address.
How to edit your company logo
1. In the Logo section, click Edit under the existing company logo.
2. Click Browse and then select the required logo from your device. The file name and logo will display if the logo has been attached correctly.
Note: We recommend uploading a PNG file of 150px by 50px.
3. Click Update.
Your updated company logo will now automatically appear for all your listed users on their sign-in screen, and in the top-left corner of the main web portal when signed in.
The updated logo will also appear in any PDF reports the user generates from the ExpenseIn platform.
How to add updated branding to your linked accounts
If you would like to apply your updated company branding to any of your linked accounts not already using the account branding, you can do so by following the steps below:
1. Switch to the linked account you want to apply the company branding to by clicking your Account Name, selecting Switch Account from the drop-down options, then selecting the account required from the Switch to drop-down.
2. Once in the account you'll be applying your branding to, click the Account Name > Admin.
3. In the Advanced section, click the Branding subheading.
4. Click the Use Linked Account button to select your linked account which holds the company branding.
5. Select the relevant linked account from the Linked Account drop-down.
6. Click Update.
Your updated company branding will now be set on your linked account. Repeat these steps for any other linked accounts that require updated company branding.
