Authorise ExpenseIn to connect to Staffology Payroll (Payments)

Learn how to connect your Staffology Payroll account to ExpenseIn to use the payments direct integration.

To use the payments direct integration with Staffology Payroll, you'll need to link your Staffology Payroll account to ExpenseIn.

Note:

  • If you're not currently using Staffology Payroll, you'll need an account before you can use the integration.

  • The Staffology Payroll integration can only be used by ExpenseIn accounts with a GBP base currency.

  • Only one payment provider can be configured per account.

  • The user sync integration to sync employees from Staffology Payroll with ExpenseIn must be connected separately in the HR section of the Admin area.

To set up Staffology Payroll as a payment provider on your account, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Account Name > Admin.

2. In the Integrations section, click the Payments subheading.

3. Locate Staffology Payroll from the available providers list and click Connect.

4. Against the new Staffology Payroll connection, click the three dots icon and select Edit Credentials from the drop-down.

5. In the Employer field, enter the Employer name from your Staffology Payroll account.

Note: You can only connect the integration to one Employer at a time.

6. Enter your API Key.

​Note: If you're unsure how to set up an API Key in Staffology Payroll, you'll need to contact IRIS Support directly.

7. Click Save.

8. Go back to the Payments page to ensure the Staffology Payroll integration status has changed from Awaiting Credentials to Connected.
