How to reset your forgotten password

Learn how to reset your account password when it has been forgotten.

If you have forgotten your account password, follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Go to the ExpenseIn sign-in page and click the Forgot Password? link.

2. Enter your registered ExpenseIn Email Address.

3. Once you click the Reset Password button, an email will be sent to you.

Note: If you don't receive a password reset email, the email address provided isn't registered to an active user account, or the account is set up to use SSO only.

4. Open the email and click the link to reset your password. You'll then be prompted to enter your new password.

Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, include 1 upper case character and 1 numeric character. You may also need to meet other password complexity requirements depending on what your Finance Team has set up.

5. Click Reset Password.
