Why does the mobile app take me back to the home screen when trying to upload a receipt?

After pressing Use Photo on the app you are taken back to the home screen without the Receipt Saved box appearing.

If you're using an Android device, the reason you are unable to save a picture of your receipt is down to your device settings. Under Developer options and then Applications, please ensure Don’t keep activities is set to off

If you are still unable to save an image of your receipt after updating your mobile device settings, or if you are not using an Android device, please speak to a member of our Support Team at support@expensein.com.
