Change linked accounts in the Sage 50 integration connector

If you're using the integration connector application to post expenses or invoices to Sage 50 and have linked ExpenseIn accounts, you can set which account the integration connector will post from.

To change the ExpenseIn account you'll be posting to Sage 50 from, follow the steps below:

1. Open the ExpenseIn Integration Connector application from your desktop by double-clicking the ExpenseIn Integration Connector icon.

2. Click Options > Select Account.

3. In the Select Account window, click the ExpenseIn account you want to post expenses or invoices from, then click Select.

The integration connector application will confirm which account is selected, and the account name will display in the bottom left of the connector. You can now proceed to post your expenses or invoices to Sage 50 from the selected linked account.

Note: You must ensure expenses or invoices are in a pending state before clicking Post Expenses in the integration connector application.
