There may be occasions where you need to cancel your Expense Card (e.g. your card is lost or stolen). You can cancel your Expense Card via the ExpenseIn web portal.
To cancel your Expense Card, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cards module and click My Cards.
2. In the Cards section, click the three dots icon against the card you'd like to cancel and select Cancel from the drop-down.
3. Select a Reason for the cancellation and click Cancel Card to confirm.
4. A banner will appear at the top of the screen to confirm your card has been cancelled, and a red Cancelled label will display against the card.
Note: A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered ExpenseIn email address.
Once cancelled, you'll need to speak to your Finance or Expense team for them to order you a new card if required.
