When you use your Expense Card or Subscription Card, your transactions will appear under your transactions in your My Cards area.
In this area you can view transactions that have been authorised and cleared, as well as any pending transactions that have not been claimed by the Merchant.
To view transactions made on your Expense Card or Subscription Card, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cards module and click My Cards.
2. Click the Transactions heading.
3. A list will display all transactions incurred on your Expense Card or Subscription Card for the last month.
Note: You can use the Filter options available to help filter your transactions.
4. To view the details of a transaction, click the eye icon against the transaction, and a pop-up window will appear with the transaction details.
Note: Virtual Expense Cards and Subscription Cards both show "Virtual" as the Card Type.
5. Click Close to finish viewing the transaction details.
How to view pending transactions
If you have any pending transactions, a Pending Transactions banner will appear at the top of the page beneath the Filter option.
Note: A pending transaction is where the funds have been held ready to send to the Merchant. You're unable to stop a pending transaction from clearing and becoming a transaction.
To view any pending transactions, click the arrow icon on the right-hand side of the Pending Transactions banner.
