How do I accept my company policy?

Learn how to accept your company policy so you can submit your expenses.

If your company has elected to turn on Policy Acceptance, you'll be required to review and accept the company expense policy before you can submit your expenses.ย 

To accept your company policy, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to the ExpenseIn web portal.

Note: You cannot accept the company expense policy via the ExpenseIn mobile app.

2. Go to My Expenses > Overview or Draft (found under the Expenses heading).

3. Click the red Review and Accept the company expense policy link that displays in the banner at the top of the page.

4. Review the policy statement provided by your company and view any company policy documents.

5. Tick the checkbox to confirm you have read and agree to the expense policy.

6. Click the Confirm button to register your acceptance.

Once your company expense policy has been accepted, you can submit your expenses.
