Your approval flow is set up and managed by your company Finance team.
If you're unable to find any approval set up, believe it's been set up incorrectly, or need to change your approver, you'll need to contact your company Finance team directly.
How to view your current approvers
To view the current approver for any expenses you've submitted, follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Expenses > Submitted.
2. In the Current Approver column you'll see the name of the current approver for your expense submission.
Note: To find out who approves your vehicle documents, contact your company's Finance team.
How to view your past approvers
To view who approved previously submitted expenses, follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Expenses > Approved.
2. Find the expense that you want to see the approver for. You can use the Filter option to refine the list.
3. Expand the expense, click the three dots icon and select View History from the drop-down.
4. The past approver will then display in the Expense History window.
