When an invoice is rejected via an approval flow or from the Finance area, the invoices will be available to review in the Rejected section below.
Please note: Rejected invoices that had been uploaded from the My Invoices area will return to the Draft section within My Invoices.
When clicking on the invoice, the system will display the rejection reason entered by the approver as well as flag any existing policy issues.
As the screenshot above shows, you'll now be able to Review or Delete the invoice, as well as add notes and attachments. By reviewing the invoice, you’ll be able to amend the invoice and re-submit it for approval.
You can also filter your rejected invoices using the Filter option as well as export your rejected invoices to a CSV or PDF export format by clicking the Export option.
