You can only delete purchase requests within the Draft section of your My Purchases area.
Note:
If you'd like to delete a submitted purchase request, you can recall it to your Draft section.
If you'd like to delete an Approved, Accepted or Closed purchase request, you'll need support from your Finance team.
How to delete a purchase request
To delete a draft purchase request, follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Purchases > Draft.
2. Locate the draft purchase request you'd like to delete; you can use the filter options available to help you.
3. Click the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the purchase request, then select Delete from the drop-down.
Note: You can only delete purchase requests on an individual basis.
4. Click Continue to confirm that you want to delete the purchase request.
The purchase request will now be deleted from your Draft section.
