You can send or resend an invitation to Ad Hoc preregistration users from the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
The preregistration invitation link will expire if you have set an expiration date during the user setup process. If the link has expired and the user needs to claim expenses, you must edit the expiration date for the preregistration.
To send or resend an invitation to your Ad Hoc preregistration user, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Manage Ad Hoc Users area.
Note: This tab may have a unique name specific to your company.
2. Click Preregistrations from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the preregistration user(s) to whom you wish to send or resend an invitation.
4. Click the Actions button and select Send/Resend Invitation from the drop-down menu.
The selected Ad Hoc preregistration user(s) will receive an email containing a link that they must follow to register their email address.
Once your preregistration user has registered their email address, they will receive a further email to verify their email address to become a full Ad Hoc User.
