You can add your Physical or Virtual ExpenseIn Card to your Apple Wallet, giving you additional ways to complete transactions.
Prerequisites
Before adding your ExpenseIn Card to your Apple Wallet, you must complete the below prerequisites:
Ensure your ExpenseIn Card has been activated.
Ensure that your Billing Address stored in ExpenseIn is correct.
Note: You can review your Billing Address under My Cards in ExpenseIn; if it's incorrect, please contact your company Finance team.
How to add your ExpenseIn Card to Apple Wallet
To add your ExpenseIn Card to your Apple Wallet, follow the steps below:
1. On your device, open the Wallet app.
2. Tap the + icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Debit or Credit Card, then tap Continue.
4. To enter your card details, either scan it using your device's camera or hold your device near the card chip (if supported). Alternatively, tap Enter Card Details Manually.
5. Tap Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to add your card to your Apple Wallet. You may need to verify the card, e.g. via a One Time Passcode (OTP), to complete the process.
Once the card has been added to your Wallet and verified, it's ready to use with Apple Pay.
Additional Information
You must check the card's Billing Address in Apple Wallet matches the one in ExpenseIn to ensure transactions can be completed successfully. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. On your device, go to the Settings App.
2. Search for Wallet & Apple Pay.
3. Under Payment Cards, locate and click on your ExpenseIn Card.
4. In the Info section, you can view or select the Billing Address associated with the card. If required, update the address to match the Billing Address held in ExpenseIn.
