How do I accept my company policy?

Learn how to accept my company policy so that I can submit expenses.

If your company has elected to turn on Policy Acceptance, you will be required to log into ExpenseIn via a computer ( to review and accept the policy before you can submit expenses. 

Please note: You cannot accept the company policy via the ExpenseIn mobile app.

In My Expenses Overview you will see a blue link to Review and Accept the company expense policy in a red banner at the top of the page. 

Clicking this link will take you to a page where you can review the policy statement provided by your company, view any company policy documents and accept the policy by ticking the tick box and clicking the Confirm button.
