Approvers and members of the Finance team are able to view the policy results for an expense to see which, if any, policy rules have been breached.
To view this information:
1. Select an expense by clicking on it. If the system has found a Policy Issue with the expense, this is highlighted on the expense line and further detail is provided once expanding this.
2. Click on the View Policy Result link.
3. A list of Policy Rules will be displayed, stating whether the expense has passed or failed each rule.
A full list of policy rules that are in effect can be viewed by all of your ExpenseIn users by clicking on My Expenses and the Expense Policy link on the left hand side of the screen.
Please note: Your list of Policy Rules can differ depending on your ExpenseIn subscription, policy in use and relevant settings applied.
