Users with the 'Finance Administrator' and/or 'Account Administrator' permission can manage the low balance alert threshold for the Card Issuing financial account. When the balance falls below the threshold, an email notification is sent prompting you to top up the account.

Note:

  • The default low balance alert threshold is 500, regardless of your base currency.

  • The alert email is sent once per threshold breach and is not a recurring daily notification.

To edit the low balance alert threshold for your Card Issuing balance, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Account Name > Financial Accounts.

2. By default, you'll be taken to the Financial Accounts page, where you can view your financial accounts.

3. In the Accounts section, click Actions next to the Card Issuing balance, then select Edit Low Balance Alert Threshold from the drop-down.

4. In the pop-up window, enter the threshold you'd like to set.

5. Click Create.

When the account balance falls below the updated threshold, an email notification will be sent to all users with the Finance Administrator permission.
