Top up your issuing balance

Learn how to view your funding details to top up your account's issuing balance.

For cardholders to be able to use their ExpenseIn Cards on purchases, funds will need to be available in the Issuing Balance.

Users with the Manage Cards user permission can view your funding details to enable you to top up your account's Issuing Balance.

To view your account's Issuing Balance funding details, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Cards module and click Manage.

2. By default, you'll be taken to the Account page in the Manage section.

3. Click View Funding Details (under your Available Balance in the Balance section).

4. On the pop-up window, review your Issuing Balance Funding Details.

4. Using these details, pay funds into the Issuing Balance from your bank account.

Note: Depending on the supported networks used, there may be a lead time from the payment being made to the payment appearing in your issuing balance. Please speak to your bank if you require confirmation of the clearing date of the payment.

5. Once you've recorded the details or have made the payment, click Close on the Issuing Balance Funding Details window.

Your payment will reflect in your issuing balance's Available Balance once successfully cleared.
