Users with the Manage Cards user permission can withdraw funds from the Issuing Balance to the bank account associated with the account set up with Stripe.
Note:
Before withdrawing funds from the Issuing Balance, we recommend that sufficient funds are in place to ensure that cardholders don't receive a "declined" message when making transactions due to insufficient funds.
Once a payout request has been created and our Issuing team has initiated the request, funds will be transferred to the registered bank account within 3 business days.
To withdraw funds from the issuing balance, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cards module and click Manage.
2. By default, you'll be taken to the Details page in the Card Account section.
3. Click Request Payout (under your Available Balance in the Balance section).
4. On the pop-up window, check the registered bank and account details are correct, then enter the Amount you’d like to withdraw and enter a Reference (this will be the statement description that will appear on your bank statement).
5. Click Submit.
You'll see a banner at the top of the page confirming that the payout has been created, and the payout request will be submitted. Our Issuing team will email you to confirm once the payout has been initiated.
