There may be occasions where you lose your card or your card is stolen. If this happens, you must take action to ensure your card is not used by an unauthorised person.

If you have temporarily lost your ExpenseIn Card e.g. you believe you may have left it at home, you can deactivate your card whilst you look for it. Deactivating your card stops the ability to use the card, whilst allowing you to re-activate it once it’s been found and use it for any purchases going forward.

If you're certain your card is lost or has been stolen, your card should be cancelled immediately to prevent any fraudulent activity. Once your card has been cancelled you'll need to speak to your company Finance team to order a new card.

Note: If your card has been lost or stolen, it's recommended you check your transactions are your own. If you see any transactions you don’t recognise, you must report this to your company Finance team immediately.
