Once you receive your Expense Card, you'll need to activate your card via the ExpenseIn web portal or mobile app to use it.
To activate your Expense Card, follow the steps below:
1. Tap the three-bar menu, found at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
2. Tap My Cards found under the Cards heading.
3. In the My Cards section, touch and hold the card you'd like to activate and tap Activate.
Note:
You can also tap on the card you'd like to activate to view the card information and then tap Activate in the bottom left-hand corner.
If your card has been deactivated by your company's Expense or Finance team, you won't be able to activate your card, and a message will display advising you to contact them directly.
4. Tap OK to confirm you'd like to activate the card.
5. An 'Activating card' message will display to confirm that the activation process has begun.
6. Once your card has been activated, a 'Card activated' message will appear at the bottom of the screen, and a green Active label will display against the card.
Note: A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered ExpenseIn email address.
Before using your Expense Card, be sure to retrieve your PIN.
