Users with the Manage Cards user permission can edit a Subscription Card at any time within the ExpenseIn Cards module.
Note:
Edits made to a Subscription Card are completed instantly.
Each Subscription Card can have only one owner.
The same owner can be assigned to multiple Subscription Cards.

To edit an existing Subscription Card, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cards module and click Manage.
2. In the Card Account section, click the Subscription Cards subheading.
3. Find the Subscription Card that you'd like to edit. You can use the Filter options available to help with this if required.
4. Click the Edit icon next to the Subscription Card, or click the three dots icon and select Edit from the drop-down.
5. On the Details tab, edit the Subscription Card details.
Owner - select a different owner for the card.
Phone Number - change the owner's phone number, ensuring it includes the correct international code (e.g. +44).
Billing Address - update the billing address used for billing details when using the card.
Note: You cannot change the Name on Card. If a different name is required, you should cancel the Subscription Card and add a new one. You can then update your subscriptions accordingly.
6. On the Spending Controls tab, edit the spending controls for the card.
Merchant Categories - change or select the categories you'd like to either allow or block.
Merchant Countries - change or select the countries you'd like to either allow or block.
Spending Days - change or select the days the card can be used.
Spending Limits - change or set the card's spending limits.
Amount - change or enter the spending amount limit.
Interval - change or set the interval for the spending limit (e.g. Daily or Per Authorisation).
Categories - change or set the categories the spending limit applies to.
Note:
If the spending control has overlapping spending limits (e.g. £100 per authorisation for all categories and £50 per authorisation at category level), the most restrictive limit applies (e.g. £50).
There is a default limit of £/€10,000 per authorisation attempt. If you require this limit to be amended, please contact our Support team, alongside justification for the request.
7. Click Update to save the changes.
If the card owner has been changed, the new owner will now receive an email confirming that a Subscription Card has been issued and is available in their account, where they can view the card details.
