To download vehicle document data, you need to be a Document Approver - this is configured in the 'Duty of Care' tab within your expense policy, in the Policies section within Admin.

Duty of care is only available to ExpenseIn Enterprise customers. Please speak to your Account Manager or contact accountmanagement@expensein.com if you would like to discuss the feature or upgrade your account.

You can download a CSV file of the vehicle documentation status data from the Documents area. 

Download data by clicking the grey Download button found top right in Documents. 

Your CSV file will automatically start to download to your default download directory once the Download button has been clicked. 

To download an individual user's documentation:

1. Click on Review found at the end of each uploaded document record. 

2. On the pop up screen you can click the link(s) found under the Uploaded Files header to download each user's uploaded document.
