If you have forgotten your account password, follow the steps below to reset it:
1. Open the ExpenseIn mobile app.
2. Tap Forgot your password? found at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter your registered ExpenseIn email address and tap Reset.
The following confirmation message will appear prompting you to check your email:
4. Go to your email and tap the link to enter your new password, then tap Reset Password.
The following message will appear confirming you can sign in using your new password:
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, include 1 upper case and 1 numeric character. You may also need to meet other password complexity requirements depending on what your Finance team has set up.
