How to edit time rates
If you want to edit an existing time rate, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Admin > Time Rates.
2. Click Edit next to the relevant time rate.
3. On the Details tab, you can edit the Rate Name, Reference (if required), Rate and Interval.
5. On the Visibility tab, you can select which users, departments, and user groups can see this time rate when completing their expense form.

6. Click Update to save your changes.
How to delete time rates
If a time rate is no longer required, delete the time rate from the Admin area in your account. Any expense history will not be affected when you delete a time rate.
Follow these steps to delete your time rate(s):
1. Go to Admin > Time Rates.
2. Select the relevant time rate(s). You can click Select All if you wish to delete all time rates.
3. Click on the Delete button at the top of the screen.
