Once your account administrator enables two-step authentication, you will need to configure your authentication device to sign in securely with two-step authentication.

Configuring authentication device

To configure your authentication device, complete the following steps:

Please Note: You will first need to download a two-step or two-factor authentication app to your mobile device such as Google Authenticator, Authy or Authenticator Plus.

1. Open your authenticator app.

2. In the app add a new account and scan the QR code.

3. Once configured in your authenticator app, go back to ExpenseIn and enter the current 6-digit verification code provided by the authenticator app.

4. Click Configure & Sign in to finish the configuration.

Review the documentation for your specific authenticator app for more details on configuring two-step authentication on your device.

Signing in with two-step authentication

1. Go to the Sign In page and enter your email address and password, click Sign In.
