When do I tick billable on an expense?

Learn when to mark an expense as billable.

If an Account Administrator for your company has turned on the Billable option, you'll see the Billable checkbox when creating or editing an expense.

The Billable checkbox must be ticked if the expense needs to be billed to a client.

If you're unsure whether your expense is deemed billable by your company, contact your company's Finance team so they can advise you.
