Users with the Manage Cards user permission can edit cardholders within the ExpenseIn Cards module. You may need to edit a Cardholder to change their details (e.g. billing address, phone number, etc.) You may have also received an email requesting additional verification for a cardholder.
To edit a cardholder, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cards module and click Manage.
2. In the Manage section, click the Cardholders subheading.
3. Find the cardholder you'd like to edit, then click the three dots icon against the cardholder and select Edit from the drop-down.
4. On the Details tab, edit the cardholder information as required.
Note:
All details must be entered accurately. These details will be used for verification and card authorisation checks.
Ensure the phone number is entered with the correct international code (e.g. +44). The phone number will be used for the 3DS checks for online transactions.
5. On the Additional tab, edit the cardholder’s Date of Birth or upload their photo ID as required.
6. Click Update.
7. A banner will appear at the top of the screen to confirm your cardholder has been updated.
Note: You can view the history of the cardholder, including who created them and whether they've been edited previously, by selecting the three dots icon against the cardholder and then View History from the drop-down.
