Mobile app users will receive a push notification whenever a transaction is attempted with their Expense Card or Subscription Card.
Where an Expense Card transaction is successful, a draft expense will be created in your Expenses area so you can attach the receipt to the draft expense straight away. Follow the steps below to view the transaction.
Note: Although notifications are also sent for Subscription Card transactions, draft expenses are not created. These transactions can instead be viewed in your Transactions section in the web portal.
1. Click the 'Card payment successful' notification.
2. You'll then be taken to the Draft section of your Expenses area, where you can find and tap the expense you'd like to edit.
Note: Expense Card expenses are identifiable by the green and yellow card icons.
3. Make any necessary changes and tap Save to update the expense.β―
You can view the updated expense in the Draft section of the Expenses area.
βNote: You're unable to submit an Expense Card expense until the card icon has turned green. If the card icon is yellow, the transaction is still pending.
