Before using your Expense Card, you may wish to view your card spending controls in the ExpenseIn web portal or mobile app.
Note: If you have both an Expense Card and a Subscription Card, the spending controls may differ. To view your Subscription Card spending controls via the web portal, see this Help Article.
Once successfully logged into the ExpenseIn mobile app, follow the steps below to view your Expense Card spending controls:
1. Tap the three-bar menu, found in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Tap My Spending Controls under the Cards heading.
3. You can view the information here to check your Expense Card Spending Controls and to see how much spend you have left.
Categories - the categories your company's Finance team has allowed/blocked for when using your card.
Countries - the countries your company's Finance team has allowed/blocked for when using your card.
Spending Days - the days your company's Finance team has set for your card.
Spending Limits - the limits your company's Finance team has set for your card's spending control.
Amount - the spending amount limit.
Interval - the interval for the spending limit (e.g. Daily, Weekly or Monthly).
Categories - the categories the spending limit applies to.
Note: If a spending control has overlapping spending limits, the most restrictive spending control will apply.
