The reasons for this issue could be:
The date range of your report includes expenses created before the carbon reporting settings were established.
The updates for carbon reporting settings, as outlined in our Add Carbon Reporting settings help article, have not been fully completed.
Please note: Carbon data isn't retroactively added to old expenses after carbon reporting is set up in your account. Reports will only display carbon data if it is associated with the expenses you are exporting.
