When exporting your expenses to a carbon report, you may find there is missing CO2 information in your report. There are a couple of reasons that could cause this issue:
1. The date range of your report includes expenses created before the carbon reporting settings were established.
2. The Admin updates for carbon reporting settings, as outlined in our Add Carbon Reporting settings help article, have not been fully completed.
Note: Carbon data isn't retroactively added to old expenses after carbon reporting is set up in your account. Reports will only display carbon data if it is associated with the expenses you are exporting.
